Events
Pokopia has a live event system with time-limited Pokémon, new habitats, and exclusive rewards. Each event runs for a set window. Miss it and those Pokémon are gone until the event comes back.
Before events unlock: You need to rebuild the Pokémon Center in at least one region first — about 1.5 hours in. Events also don't work on Cloud Islands.

How Events Work
Time-limited windows
Each event runs for a set period. Once it closes, the exclusive Pokémon and habitats are gone until the event returns.
Online required
You need a Nintendo Switch Online membership and an internet connection. Without it, event content won't appear.
Exclusive rewards
Event Pokémon and furniture aren't available anywhere else. If you miss the window, they're gone until the event runs again.
Progress gate
Event content only appears after you've rebuilt at least one Pokémon Center, about 1.5 hours in. New players should do the main story first.
